Good Evening Everyone; Hope you are doing great; Well today I am going to share the recipe for Garlic Bread, especially requested by my friend probably a month has been passed. Sorry for the delays my dear. With the use of many ingredients as well as many methods Garlic bread is made. You may Grill it, or just bake it straight away or some people bake it by wrapping it in aluminium foil. Whenever i got a chance to visit some restaurant especially Pizza hut, i prefer to have it with some Fajita Pizza along with a sweet Lime Juice. Ahhh ; Just love the combos ;)

Garlic Bread is very very simple & easy to make. Hardly took around 5 to 10 minutes of mine. All I did, just chopped and shredded the ingredients placed it over the bread and baked it; typically the Baguett / French loaf is used for this purpose. Some recipes are categorized with the variety of cheese mozzarella /cheddar , or some use Butter/clarified Butter. As it is clearly shown from the recipe, raw garlic will be the main ingredient. Many benefits are there if raw garlic is used in any one of your meal. I have already discussed in some of my previous posts. So lets rush to the basic ingredients for my recipe enough for 6 to 8 members;

GARLIC BREAD RECIPE
You will need:
a French Loaf/Italian Bread
3 4 garlic cloves chopped
3 tbsp of Butter Salted
few chopped parsley/cilantro leaves
1/2 cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp of olive Oil
Steps to follow
Pre - Heat your oven up to 220 degrees centigrade. Make a batter by stirring together the butter, garlic and olive oil.

Step 1: With the use of knife; cut the french loaf into 1 inch thick slices;

Step 2: Apply the batter over the slices, parsley & shredded Mozzarella cheese.

Step 3: Bake for about 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese melts giving light golden color to your bread.

Yummy.. It's ready you can serve it either with some soup, spaghetti or stews. Enjoy your meal. Will love to have your feedback :) Have a great week end ;)
